A Brief Location Guide from the north
end of Stuart: Going
north on US1 on the north end of Stuart is the Roosevelt Bridge.
Turn left (west) at the last
traffic light at the foot of the bridge (south end).
(Joan Jefferson Way)
Turn left at the end of the street. On the
right you'll see
"A Day of Delight Spa" and "A Day of Delight
Tea House" is next door.
Detailed directions below:
From 95 going South:
- Take the first Stuart Exit #62. Make a left turn
onto Hwy 714.
- Make a left turn onto Martin Downs Blvd. The
turnpike entrance will be on your right.
- Continue on Martin Downs Blvd approx 3 miles.
Cross over Palm City Bridge.
- At light turn left onto Kanner Hwy (also called
Hwy 76). Flashback Diner will be on your left.
- Continue on Kanner Hwy until you reach your next
light and turn left onto US 1.
- On your 3rd traffic light (this is called Joan
Jefferson Way, DO NOT cross the Roosevelt Bridge!)
turn left.
- Immediately make your next left onto Atlanta
Avenue.
- We are the first building on the right side. It
is a two-story hunter green historical building. You
will see a sign for "Center Of Life" that is at the
front side of the building and "A Day Of Delight" is
on the backside facing the water!
From 95 going North:
(Coming from the South- Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, West
Palm, etc)
- Take the first Stuart Exit #61
Indiantown/Stuart. Keep RIGHT at the fork in the
ramp.
- Merge onto FL-76 E.
- Turn LEFT onto US-1.
- On your 3rd traffic light (this is called Joan
Jefferson Way, DO NOT cross the Roosevelt Bridge!)
turn left.
- Immediately make your next left onto Atlanta
Avenue.
- We are the first building on the right side. It
is a two-story hunter green historical building. You
will see a sign for "Center Of Life" that is at the
front side of the building and "A Day Of Delight" is
on the backside facing the water!
From the Florida Turnpike:
- Exit at #133 and drive straight onto Martin
Downs Blvd.
- Continue on Martin Downs Blvd approx 3 miles.

- Turn right onto Joan Jefferson Way at the light
at the south base of the new Roosevelt Bridge
- Turn left onto Atlanta Avenue. We are the first
building on the right side. It is a two-story hunter
green historical building. You will see a sign for
"Center Of Life" that is at the front side of the
building and "A Day Of Delight" is on the backside
facing the water!
