Second Course $9.99 Capracio of cured salmon with red onion, cucumber, melon-olive oil emulsion. Ceviche with peach and jalapeño salsa. Local greens with pear and goat cheese croutons, grapes, oven roasted tomatoes, balsamic.
Third Course $18.99 Spicy eggplant and tomato stew with roasted shrimp and herbal aioli. Grilled ribeye with roasted carrots, shitake-red onion slaw, cilantro yogurt. Grilled chicken with sweet potato puree, roasted broccoli and pesto. Roasted tofu with grilled vegetable gratan, sweet chili aioli.
